Sabeena is an award winning mortgage broker! In 2022, Xeva mortgage won twice for mortgage brokerage of the year at the Canadian Mortgage Awards and the Mortgage Awards of Excellence. In 2022, Sabeena was also nominated for Mortgage Broker of the Year at the Canadian Mortgage Awards, as well as for Outstanding Community Service at the Mortgage Awards of Excellence. Sabeena has made the list of Top 75 Mortgage brokers of Canada and in 2020 she was inducted into the Canadian Mortgage Professional Hall of Fame. As well as has been awarded for Oustanding Philanthropy and community service for her work as founder of Brokers Who Care who has been helping families and causes in need since 2016. She has been recognized on the CMP Hot List of brokers to know in 2021 and she has been frequently acknowledged as a Woman of Influence in the Canadian mortgage industry as a woman who has made her mark on the Canadian Mortgage Industry.

Sabeena Bubber began www.divorce.mortgage as a passion project when she went through her own divorce. She realized that navigating the field of divorce is extremely complicated so she decided to create an area where information can be obtained for people looking for what their process options and how to build their "Divorce Team". She continues to provide ongoing support to people going through a divorce on how to navigate their housing and real estate needs post-divorce.

On a personal note, Sabeena is a divorced proud mother of two amazing daughters who are the centre of her world. Sabeena has also a passion for Neurolinguistic Programming (NLP) and Hypnotherapy and has been certified as a coach in these areas.
