Although eating gluten free foods is increasing in popularity and people are choosing gluten free alternatives for a variety of reasons including lifestyle, it is good to remember that celiac is a disease and it can impact someone’s health greatly.
The reason I cook gluten free foods is because my daughters have both been diagnosed with celiac disease. The reason I blog about it and spend time perfecting great tasting recipes is so that they (and you) don’t have to feel limited with food options.
