Pre packaged coleslaw
Gluten free corn tortilla shells (or anything else you want to wrap them in)

Taco Sauce
¼ tsp ground chili powder
1 tbsp Fresh cilantro
1/2 tsp ground coriander
1/2 tsp dried dill weed
1/2 lime juice squeezed
1/2 tsp dried oregano
1/2 tsp  Capers
1/2 cup Mayonnaise
1/2 tsp cumin
½ cup Sour Cream

Fish Rub
2 teaspoons salt
20 grinds of fresh pepper
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1/4 teaspoon smoked paprika
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon cumin powder

Combine together all Taco Sauce ingredients, mix well and set aside.

Stir together fish rub ingredients.

Once combined, rub it over both sides of the fish (If cooking for children, you can choose to leave out this step)

Either pan fry or grill your fish, which ever you prefer. Once cooked through, place fish in taco shell and sprinkle on some coleslaw.

Drizzle with Taco Sauce and ENJOY!

You’ll see that I used corn tortillas, however, even heated up the kids didn’t like them as they fell apart.  They loved the cabbage, the sauce and the rub (I made a spice free version for them) and they said they prefer the hard taco shells next time.
